To Become What Our Becoming Is Worth!

The Patience of a Saint, The Courage of a Warrior, The Honesty of a Child, The Simplicity of a Monk, The Wisdom of a Hermit, The Consistency of a Lover, The Creativity of a Poet, The Intuition of a Priest, The Precision of an Architect, The Eloquence of a Bard, The Work-Ethic of a Hustler, The Mysteriousness of a Hierophant, The Pride of a King, The Humility of an Emperor, The Obedience of a Servant, The Authority of a Shaman, The Loyalty of a Knight, The Mindfulness of a Buddhi, The Stillness of a Yogi, The Mind of a War-General, The Free-Spiritedness of a Gypsy, The Grace of a Common, The Kindness of a Daughter, The Tenderness of a Healer, The Diligence of a Babalawo, & The Heart of Christ!

The traits wind on and downwards the Spiral Stairway representative of our Consciousness Evolution, for trite is the knowledge that this Spiral Stairway must foremost lead the seeking Pilgrim downwards so like the tree they can root the Consciousness, for only by so doing can they sprout & bloom to rise upwards this same stairway. So on the initial down-going on the Spiral Stairway, we must by the path’s architecture travel in familiar motions along all too familiar foot paths the unobservant will deem clichéd and redundant. The same familiar paths & motions of which the truly observing pilgrim will come to see carries a certain depth of deepened awareness on every turn, such that the diligent ones yet grow in the lights of joy & wisdom as they tread on to the fated depths where they are rewarded with open access to the fertility of their own Souls to plant the solemn seed of their liberated Consciousness Awareness therein. And suffice to name this sowing ceremony that climaxes the Pilgrim’s down-going as a reward unto itself because, it is The End of what begun as a journey of willful death of a Self that had outlived its usefulness in that bubble of time, and would have served naught but a clog to the very wheels of Consciousness Evolution when kept and not discarded. Thus, The Beginning of an upward journey of life birthed anew from the womb of that Ancient & Purified Source Energy the Pilgrim is granted access to by virtue of a Soul purified by the tests, trials & tribulations of their down-going.

The path leading downwards this Spiral Stairway in question is ripe with many hurdles & obstacle courses grim & deathly. And it is crafted that way to foremost aid the Pilgrim stepping down those flight of stairs detach from & disintegrate old energy foundations, what some would call ‘emotional baggages’ from our Karmic Pasts & Life Experiences. For if they persist in presence within the ambit of the Pilgrim’s Consciousness Awareness, they take the place of the incumbent wave of new energies or fresh love and as a result, stall the Pilgrim’s Spiritual Progress in engendering a becoming beyond the confines of the old ways. And the hurdles & obstacle courses also exist to hone in the ability-arsenal of the Pilgrim those traits cited overleaf, and many more for these are the Pilgrim’s companions on that grim & deathly path downwards, where there is no Light but the Eternal Flame burning in their Heart of Christ to illumine their way.

When the resolve is reached and the Pilgrim sets off, The Saint shows up with a golden halo hovering over his head to lend Patience to the Pilgrim, for this path he knows all too well and so knows how frustrating it can get having to go through the same motions & turn the same corners again and again with often times no hopes of an end in foreseeable sight. So the demon the Pilgrim must contend with on here is that of Impatience, one born of repeated frustrations that are meant to be, for it is but a test of your resolve & resilience. Thus, the tendency to give in to the illusion of futile toil and give up to the frustrations is high & likely, one that has forfeited the continuantion of many Pilgrims’ Progress. To this poisonous temptation, Patience & Persistence is the antidote and the Saint is your friend.

As the path winds on & downwards the Pilgrim will come to find that, it cuts through very treacherous territories where unspeakable horrors and the injustices ripe in same persist with arrogant defiance. So there are characters in these barbarian regions that will approach you and question your passage as if they are the arbiters of your fate. The demon the Pilgrim must chiefly contend with over here is that of blatant Intimidation, so when you get here for you have done the work and travelled the miles, The Warrior, clad in an equally defiant radiant Armor of Gold with a teflon Sword will show up to lend you Courage. He will not fight your wars for you though but will teach you how for the destiny is yours. With this new found Courage, there will register an upgrade in your energy vibration, raising the frequency of your Consciousness Awareness far above those of your assailants, and for the cowards that they are, will flee when they feel the strength of your teflon wave begin to over-shadow their feeble emissions. You need not even use the Sword gifted you by The Warrior, for their blood is not worth The Blade, allow the potency of your upgraded presence cut through that thick there & then, for a Blue Samurai you become!

Leading away from the treacherous lands, and as a Pilgrim your own focus often times rests not upon conscious provision for your needs and thus the time is bound to come when your initial supply will run out yet you must keep on the mission. When that time dawns, The Child will show up in the innocence of its beauty and lend you Honesty. For at this point, you need to wield the ability to open up outrightly and ask for help when & where you need it most. So truth in expressions and expressed unapologetically is called for at this point, for any other means desecrates the Truth intended such that such sway of things must become an inevitability, and most importantly a formidable weapon in your arsenal down this Spiral Stairway to acquire the needed help and play your burdens into the light. The Child is a companion who also grants you the opportunity to master your curiosity, inquisitiveness & observance, through the lens of the Honesty lent you, and these are primary tools you will need to awaken the knowing contained in your lessons & the reasons for same. The demon the Pilgrim must rebuke at this mileage is Deceit.

When The Light of Honest Truth now illumines thine path and Deceit has been trumped, the Pilgrim progresses into regions on the Path going down the Spiral Stairway where the thickness of complications, sophistications & complexes of a fast-paced civilization has drifted the clarity & vision of the inner eye into a frenzied blur. In this region on this path, you will find that this is the culture’s predominant convention and thus all the characters you meet with, even those who cross your path with honest intentions are themselves victimized by a cultural theme they were socialized into, and are yet to exit the hold the demon of Illusion has cast over their eyes. You will find yourself in this midst and when you do, The Monk will find you and lend you Simplicity as your one-way ticket out of that unwholesome mess. The Simplicity lent you will help you declutter your life of all things tangible and intangible that threaten to block your vision and weigh down your progress motion. It helps you find the nuanced exits in-between the complexities so you can salsa through that war zone with the Grace & Confidence of a Capoeira Master.

When the Clarity born of Simplicity is attained and mastered, the Pilgrim would have at this point exited the regions of Illusion safe & unscathed to continue the forge ahead unto the path beyond where the civilization of the mediocre thrive; the ones deprived of Wisdom by virtue of their own choices. In that space, The Hermit will meet you at the gates of the city and usher you into his humble home in the mountain forests that lay far beyond the city. You will find in him all the traits of the Teachers before him, yet you will come to find that his own unique strength is the Wisdom his endless years of solitary existence has lent him and to you he will lend this hard-earned Wisdom. As all things constituting our notions of reality are woven in energy for we are energies unified in all things, you will come to find also that a subsistence in the cultural parlances of the mediocre weave that same mediocrity into your Soul when you stay for too long in their midst. You are thus bound to stray along the tangents of their ways if yours is not a resolve to help redirect their ways unto the strengths Wisdom boasts of. So to contend the demon of Mediocrity, the pilgrim must find peace in a self-imposed solitary existence to foremost safeguard their energy from a miscegenation with the demon they must strengthen against, so they can absolve in the end. In the silence of their solitude, the Pilgrim will inevitable find connections to the Well of The Ancient Wisdom Traditions in which are contained all the Pilgrim will need to unseat that demon and set the rest free from the bondages of Mediocrity. The Hermit will guide, in silence and in solitude.

With the Badge of Wisdom, the Pilgrim would now have earned the pedigree to move on unto deeper tests of fortitude, and in the region of Chaos, they will meet with the demon who poses as Laziness. On here the Pilgrim need not panic for The Lover will appear and lend them Consistency, to foremost hone that constructive & integrative motion that naturally spurs on progress on all levels of engagement, and also break the retrogressive continuum of inconsistencies built over the time periods given to its unwholesome practice. For The Lover will teach you that what we repeatedly do, we become, and ‘doing’ thrives on many levels of engagement. Such that what the Pilgrim allows themselves to feel is a type of ‘doing’, what the Pilgrim entertains in thought is another type of ‘doing’ and suffice to mention what the Pilgrim does overtly where behavior is concerned. All of these doings should be aligned with the tenets of The Ancient Wisdom Traditions gifted the Pilgrim by The Hermit foremost, and be practiced with Consistent dedication, for only by so doing does the Pilgrim unseat the demon of Laziness in their own Souls to keep the forge ahead.

When disciplined Consistency has been honed & cultivated, the Pilgrim is now deemed ready by the Masters in charge of their Pilgrimage to be thrown into the midst of scarcity, an atmosphere ripe with the energies of the demon of Incompetence. For it is only in the face of this demon and in the midst of this atmosphere that the Pilgrim is afforded the opportunity to unseat this demon’s influence in his own Soul. So on here, the Pilgrim is approached by The Poet who lends him his own gift of Creativity, the trait by which the Pilgrim is able to identify, harness and make use of rare & limited resources to build an empire through the sacred agency of artistry to keep forging ahead in the face of scarcity. The deliberate attempts to halt the wheel of this Creative Process, for it is that sacred process permitting the transmutation of base energies into purer ones seem to be the chief intent of the demon named Incompetence, and by mastering the Creative Process, the Pilgrim triumphs in their holy race against all that seeks to defy their progress.

With Creativity gifted & mastered, the Pilgrim at this mileage would have already built formidable bridges into the unseen where the journey must by virtue of its intent to confer upon the Pilgrim a well-rounded mastery over everything and all things take them. But at the portal that leads into this realm, The Priest will appear and lend the Pilgrim Intuition. “Its a jungle on there I must tell you” The Priest will tell the Pilgrim, “for though the Forces of Light teem & thrive in the glories of their essences, so do the Forces of Darkness stand readied in their disorganized rebellion steeped in a defiant rage against all disciples of the Narrow Path”. And on there the senses of five have no hold over anything, but the Intuition will prove the most formidable navigating arsenal. By the Intuition, the Pilgrim is able to discern with marked clarity the nuances existing between impulses relayed by Angels & Demons alike, and will thus know which to flow along with. By the Intuition, the Pilgrim is also able to intercept & deflect unwholesome energy impulses thrown at them from not too dignified beings and thus safeguard themselves from the demon of Ignorance. For there exist knowledges greater than the wisdom of men, and they exist in the nuances of dimensions elevated beyond the planes of physics, and by the Intuition, the Pilgrim is able to access these sacred vaults of knowing for the purposes of mastery, progress and the culminating triumph that must follow a dedicated execution of same.

As Intuition blossoms and the journey in otherworldly planes of existence takes the shapes of reason & familiarity, the path on this down-going Spiral Stairway will require of the Pilgrim to assume mastery over integrating all that has been gifted them in the world above into a distilled Precision in; plans, measurements, projects & projections in the world below. For at this point, the Pilgrim has entered into an arena where the constructive build of something tangible & formidable is called for. Somewhat of a legacy Lighthouse to instill the Light Traditions of The Ancients into the sentience of the young & budding to keep the rituals of progressive initiations & their wholesome completions in righteous check. The Architect shows up at this stage with his right-angled rule & divider in hand. Into the hands of the Pilgrim is conferred these tools too to imbue in them the trait of the Precision that must serve the foundation & nature of all that is under build. For what must be built by the hand of the Pilgrim must align with all things, and carry in its very essence lessons and significances that do not only meet & transcend the projected needs of their times, but also that of generations that will only hear of their tales, all in a very wholesome and well-rounded manner bearing tangents of; Knowledge, Order, Balance, Rhythm, Astrology, Symmetry, Cosmogony & Nature. Otherwise the demon of Disorder will feed its chaotic essence into all that has been sacrificed and render them dysfunctional. All the Pilgrim will need at this point they will have and besides The Architect will stand by them as a loyal & trusted friend!

In the building process of the Pilgrim’s dawn of Precision, the path winds through regions where concerted collaborative efforts will now be called for to render complete what has been started. So the Pilgrim now finds that knowledge, wisdom and the constructive plans born of both must be communicated to the hearing of choice persons who have also been imbued with the Light and given purposes akin to that of the Pilgrim. So that in the similitude of the moment’s spell, what is said is understood by the assembly as mutually binding and beneficial. It is at this point also that the Bard appears in the life of the Pilgrim and lends the gift of Eloquence so the Pilgrim’s progress ideas will ride on seamless utterances of truth & conviction where the need arises to rally a team, a following or a gathering even. For it takes one man to live a dream, and a community to leave a legacy. The demon the Pilgrim must be wary of at this point is Impotence, for if words are power and power is potency, then the inability to channel this power through mindful, coherent, poetic, logical & heartfelt verbal & written expressions animated by the fires of conviction must surely be the intended works of a demon, one who has already been named.

As the build progresses, and the journey stretches on, many will be the demands of the work flow. From material resource demands to skilled workers all of whose expertise the task’s completion will call for. The Pilgrim at this point must understand & acknowledge the fact that the demands of the build and the work flow wheeling it will focus the Consciousness into its zone and sometimes rob the Pilgrim of the Higher Awareness that initiated this journey in the first place, and of the resources required of the works well-rounded completion, only a minute portion will be received by the Pilgrim to begin the build, so that the rest must be sourced for, creatively, yet through honest means to fuel the labour underway. It is at this point that The Hustler walks in with his black Nike boots, matching a black Kénté Kaftan with the ‘Gye Nyame’ Adinkra Symbol embroidered in gold threads on the shirt’s upper torso, a thin gold pin in the fore flesh of his left nose side, an upper left canine of gold and a gold ring on his left pinkie with the symbol of the Tetragrammaton engraved on it. Obviously The Hustler has knocked down his hustles long and hard, and has done considerably well for himself over the ages, and he has finally come to lend the Pilgrim the gift of his Work-Ethic. For on this path and on this journey the Pilgrim must grow to the point where they recognize the value in becoming a nobody, a recluse into the womb of nothingness so that they are able to readily adapt into settings and the opportunities they present to assist the cause underway. So before being handed the gift of The Hustler’s Work-Ethic, the Pilgrim listens intently as The Hustler spills his stories of how he dissolved himself into every single opportunity gifted him by Divine Providence and mined benefits from it through honest & hard labour, and it must be mentioned that the ‘hard’ in this setting connotes the understanding that the success or failure of the task at hand was really up to him, and if failure was not an option, success had all the concentrated focus to be bested in style and with grace & poise so that when the deed is done, and accountability is rendered to the owner, his satisfaction of a job well done will open more doors of opportunities to spur on further righteous hustles in His Holy Name, for in the grind there is honor & respect for the ideal narrative of one who set out to build an empire for his generation with nothing to his name but The Father’s Grace & The Power of Will. The Pilgrim must look out for the demon named Sloth, this demon spits damp & disappointment into the drive of your Work-Ethic, obviously to dissuade you from forging ahead. Yet onwards must be the drive!

Once the Hustler departs upon conferring his gift, there is a nuanced accentuation in the countenance of the Pilgrim, for at this point the understanding to assume the identity of nothingness & the personality of a nobody to be able to feasibly adapt, attract & execute weaves a certain mysteriousness into the flair of the Pilgrim. One that must by default make the Pilgrim hard to read by the majority minds of socialized cultural characters whose understanding of others and their supposed motives is based on certain generic profiles & categories named personality types. The Pilgrim at this point on the journey is visited by The Hierophant who lends them the gift of Mysteriousness to allow them the strength to shed all so called personality shells to be able to step into the emptiness required of the adaptation process. For the weight of attention drawn unto what is readily understood and deciphered can significantly interfere with the progress of the Pilgrim’s journey. Thus some Mystery is called for so the Pilgrim can move unseen and ride with the shadows where need be. The demon on this road is Fame, one that is premature and improper given that the Pilgrim is yet to root themselves in the soils of their own Souls. So we come to find that some things must precede others to allow for balance & harmony as long as we choose to keep living.

By now, we would acknowledge that the Pilgrim has come very far down the path of this Spiral Stairway, and on here a moment of rest, respite and reflection is granted by the Masters of the Pilgrim’s Pilgrimage so that the necessary interruptive disruption can be entered and a reset engendered for when the Pilgrim is made ready to continue. So The King visits the Pilgrim and lends the gift of Pride so the Pilgrim can retrospect and be empowered by all that has been accomplished by sheer Force of Will fueled by Divine Grace. And to also caution the Pilgrim to be vigilant about the demon of Arrogance. For he holds some influence in these regions and can completely submerge the Pilgrim’s toil overnight if the Pilgrim indulges in his intoxicating energy.

Thus in these reflective & serene regions of rest & respite, where Pride in missions accomplished replenish the Soul with a certain sense of fulfillment, and Arrogance patrols the borders of the Consciousness seeking paths of entry, there lies in between these two phenomena a very narrow strip of compromise where the Emperor himself is seated. As a Master himself and one of the orchestrating members of the Pilgrim’s journey, he will come to the Pilgrim at this point to lend the gift of Humility. He himself has shown same by descending his throne to confer his blessing to prove the relevance of this trait the Pilgrim must harness and master. For Humility is a Spiritual Trait that opens the Spirit of the Pilgrim up towards The Source of All Light to foremost permit the exit of all that have outlived their usefulness into the transmutative ambit of The Light, and to finally allow The Light shed its own redemptive radiance into the deepest recesses of the Pilgrim’s Soul, to allow for a Recalibration of Consciousness unto all things true & permanent so the Pilgrim can truly see through the hazy fog of these regions. The demon to look out for is Haughtiness, he prowls this regions with a blindfold in hand.

At this stage the Pilgrim must have amply relished rest and recalibrated upon their mastery of Humility to be readied for the final phases of their journey down the Spiral Stairway. So that with The Spiritual Slate wiped clean at this point, the Pilgrim is well positioned to meet with The Servant whose duty it is to lend the gift of Obedience unto the Pilgrim. For the remnant of the journey ahead has now taken a more directive turn because of the weight of the Graces to be conferred, and the caliber of Personas to come visiting. So the Pilgrim must keep on the watch for the demon of Stubbornness where a Divine Visitation and its attendant Impartation is at hand as the path winds deeper.

Deeper into the regions where the Pilgrim is visited by The Shaman who comes drenched in a bluish-white flowing apparel with a cord of gold around his waistline holding a lantern in his right hand and a staff carved from oak-wood in his left. This is a mighty and pivotal turn on the journey of the Pilgrim to have attracted The Shaman. For indeed though the path leading on from here winds through some of the darkest regions on this journey and teems with some of the most darkest of forces who are bent on halting the Pilgrim’s Progress come what may, it really is the level of commitment to a cause not fully known nor understood on the part of the Pilgrim that has warranted their meeting with The Shaman, for what he is about to lend as his own parting gift to aid the Pilgrim on their path is one that has the malleability to not only bend the Pilgrim’s fate but that of significant others. Thus it must have been earned through the perquisite work load and disciplined dedicated efforts towards the cultivation of certain ideals in preceding miles that has readied the Pilgrim for this impartation. So at the crossroads, where the path steeps deeper into even more darker regions The Shaman hands The Lantern & The Oak-Wood Staff to the Pilgrim, gifts symbolic of Authority so that when the gloom in the regions below cast by the demon named Defiance threatens to dampen their flame and drag their drive, the Authority is now given to utter the sacred summons in invocation of the Forces of Light to arrest, slay, slash & burn the defiant ones so The Lantern can lead the way. “Use this gift, please do”, said The Shaman to the Pilgrim, “yet do so judiciously and with the utmost respect & restraint”.

Those final parting words echoed in the Pilgrim’s heart as he descended further into the darker regions below, for he knew that the impact of Authority’s Grace conferred upon him will only prove effective when he upholds his allegiance to the words of caution that accompanied them upon The Shaman’s visitation. The temptation to splurge one’s weight in the face of a Grace Gift that is both offensive & defensive where foes are concerned yet proved formidable, and the Pilgrim almost stumbled had The Knight clad in jet-black battle armor riding atop an ebony horse not rode up in the nick of time with a Goblet of Loyalty for the Pilgrim to drink up. He did drink, and the warmth of the liquid quickened the Consciousness to aid reminiscence of his allegiance to The Ancient Order that conferred such Grace Gifts upon him. He remembered, and was permanently restored unto its wise use, for the consequences of its abuse wielded the power to undo all that had been done so far on the journey, and to this catastrophic end were the devices of the demon named Betrayal tailored.

A part of him felt betrayed though as he continued his descent down the Spiral Stairway. It was the part of him that saw through how much change and growth has been triggered in The Temple of his Higher Self Awareness on a path he was warned not to take by the ones he once called loved. And in the swirl of that betrayal energy he was sucked into mixed & very turbulent emotions of anger & vengeance for now he clearly saw their manipulative attempts at suppressing his awakening. Someone wanted to keep him asleep. He trembled with rage now, not knowing what to do with himself until a Buddhi & a Yogi showed up to lend him their gifts of Mindfulness & Stillness. The former gift to stay his Consciousness in present awareness, and the latter gift to stir up faith in Divine Providence, for what is cast is already in motion, and nothing is that wasn’t intended to not be. By the Graces of The Buddhi & The Yogi, he was succored from the wrath of Confusion, that demon.

With Mindfulness & Stillness given and mastered, a new found clear headedness guided his decision making process and the orchestrating Masters know he will need it because the regions on this part of the journey are ripe with warring factions over the dominance of the region’s Spiritual Atmosphere. Here The War-General descended unto his path riding an Ancient Dragon clad in ether-black armor just like its rider, so that but for his voice which sounded like thunder clapping against the mountain sides and the fire in his eyes, he was almost not discernible even to the Pilgrim’s trialed & tested eyes. To the Pilgrim he lent the gift of his war-trained Mind to assist their navigation through these warn-torn regions. Upon departure he told the Pilgrim; “move quietly & respectfully in their midst, avoid reacting to cues of disrespect keep walking, and make friends not enemies, for the demon named Fear rule their Minds, but these truths will set yours free”.

The General’s final words set his heart on a course he had never thought existed, it immediately released him from the hold of grudges past that had held him tied to energies of the past such that a part of him dwelt there, and ushered him unto the part of the path where The Gypsy sat smoking pipe weed and petting her pet goat. To the Pilgrim she smiled to reveal the full blast of her beauty & radiance and lent the gift of Free-Spiritedness to the Pilgrim. “Ease up my friend & live some more” she said as she pulled at her pipe and playfully let out the smoke swirl in circles from her youthful lips into the free wind. “And be wary of the demon named Convention, he yet has his place in the scheme of things but thine freedom he seeks to circumvent”.

Free are we indeed, light as Light to flow with the dictate of the Mystic Winds, or harness same for incarnate purposes if so be. As he mused on, the Pilgrim, took the turn on the downward Spiral Stairway that led to the regions on the path populated by several villages stretching far into the horizon, villages occupied by Common People, People made Common by a submission to a life ruled by their communions with the natural cycle & natural phenomena. So when the Pilgrim approached their villages, he felt the strength & purity of the communal aura. It carried much Grace and Loving Warmth, he felt as though this was the crowning Glory of his own journey, but no. The Common Ones came to him on the outskirts of the village where they had discerned his shadow and lent him the gift of their Grace so he too can engender his communication with the natural cycles of the cosmos as well as the attendant natural phenomena born of same. Before their departure, they told him the story of a demon their ancestors had long warned them about, one that feeds on the Grace of men and leaves them with the name given it; Doubt.

So the Pilgrim doubted not, as the Common Ones granted him passage through their humble lands and simple ways to the place on the path where he met with The Daughter whose duty it was to lend him the gift of Kindness, as a compliment to The Grace of Common Dignity acquired in preceding miles. She whispered a name, it was Malice and cautioned the Pilgrim to desist its pull & ways.

The Pilgrim’s encounter with The Daughter was brief, yet her Kindness touched the core of his depth so deeply such that it augmented his energy fields & vibration, a turn of events that increased his attraction potential to all things that bore in them a positive transformative impulse. So The Healer found him at this point of his transformative shift and lent him the gift of Tenderness. The Pilgrim already aburn with what seemed the awakening of his truest identity restored a partially broken branch of a mango tree to it original position on the tree trunk’s extension by the healing power of his aura and was content at the onset of what he knew will become a lifetime’s calling. Cruelty was the demon he was warned about, that it is one demon that can take away the healing gift imparted.

He was almost at the bottom of the Spiral Stairway though, a long way down he had come to find himself anew, and of all the gifts lent him by the Celestial Guides sent his way, The Kindness of The Daughter & The Tenderness of The Healer seemed to have impacted him the strongest, and it was how he knew his was the path of a Healer. That innate awakening ushered The Babalawo unto his path, one who lent him the gift of Diligence so he could hone the strict discipline required to study all he can and master his craft. The Pilgrim was given a wooden tray with some cowrie shells and made to eat some sacred tribal scrolls as the Orishas had counseled The Babalawo to do. He was also warned of the demon; Idleness, he lurks the mind corners of its victims to lure them off of the fruits of their purposed labour unto idle causes bearing no fruit.

As The Babalawo departed with the countenance of content, there came a dawning moment when the Pilgrim took what he felt was the final turn on this down going Spiral Stairway. It was the singular feeling of a great weight pressed down and compacted from many life times ago lifted off of him. He felt his truest Self again and a thirst for unending righteousness. This is the point at the bottom-most part of the journey where a Light as he had never known it descended upon him. A white dove it was as it floated above his head, circled it nine times then left the same way it came. The end had been reached, he the cosmic seed had now planted himself at the very heart of his own Soul and his down-going labours has been crowned with Greater Grace. The Pilgrim knows by all he has gathered that now is the time to stay rested in the soils of his own Spirit, so the seed that he is can sprout, bloom & blossom for all to see The Father’s Handiwork at play. And shall the progeny and their own descendants alike of this Pilgrim not eternally rejoice? For is theirs not an inheritance placed under The Tree of Life?

As we seek for meaning to the lives we live, and seek the roots of our Self Identities, we must take the path that leads inwards and downwards, integrating our awareness with every energy | emotional block along the way to understand the why for their presence, this understanding is our liberation on the varied depth levels of our down-going. And as we continue to dig deeper, the caliber of life experiences with which we meet with will reflect the depth of our search and mirror to us the exact reflection of what our internal world looks like. For the human is the key; the directive microcosm of which this cosmos is the macrocosm, and as above, so will it always be below!
